Panera has a nice array of healthy options, but also good bakery items to throw you off your diet, so it's a balanced choice! :) I walked in and there were no employees visible, only two tablets to place the order ourselves. I'm okay with this, but one tablet had a note on it that it wasn't working, and I had a question and needed a human. I walked around to the pick up area and asked someone in the kitchen my question. She was very friendly and quickly answered it for me, so it wasn't a problem, but I can see how the lack of customer service would be off putting to some. The sitting area is behind a wall, separate from the pickup area, so once the order was placed, it wasn't really clear where to go or what to do. I had a chicken salad sandwich and my friend had the ciabatta cheesesteak. Both were excellent, flavorful with fresh tasting ingredients. We'd order both again.
This is a great bakery with a restaurant attached (also a great restaurant with a bakery attached) that has fresh product each day and is open early for breakfast. The food and coffee are better than the local coffee house, plus the service is excellent, people friendly, well - lighted and safe for family. Great!
I've had Panera Bread at other locations but the last two times I've had Panera was with my company. We placed our order using the mobile app. There was a wait but picking up was easy enough. This last time I had their Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich with a side of Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Apple. Everything was very good. Portions are on the smaller side but filling enough for a 30 minute lunch so I can't really complain.
I had to go to Target and was getting hungry for breakfast. Luckily got a coupon to use at Panera. This Panera was clean. In fact, the cops like to hang out there in the morning. I used the app to order and my order was done really fast. If you want a more quality breakfast sandwich, this is a good one.
